A simple low impact dance exercise class every Thursday afternoon. Suitable for adults of all ages and abilities, no partner required.

Put on your trainers (or flat dance shoes) for one hour of dancing fun. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. The routines are made up of dance moves, using a variety of music in different styles, including cha cha, tango, waltz, salsa, swing jive and Charleston routines.
