There is information on reading sessions at the libraries, sports activities, arts and crafts workshops and a whole variety of different events at locations throughout the Borough. There is also a section devoted to the Snapdragon Festival taking place in Hinckley and the borough during July and August.

Many activities are free with some costing from as little as £1.

It is also worthwhile checking with the individual venues included within the brochure to see if there are any other activities happening and to keep up-to-date with changes.

Councillor Keith Nichols, Executive Member for Culture, Leisure, Tourism and Town Centres at the Borough Council said: "This is an essential guide, with details on a host of activities and events for babies, children, young people and their families in Hinckley and Bosworth this summer.

"The brochure also has some great information and advice for children, young people and their families. I hope whatever you do this summer, that it’s fun, happy and safe.”
