Weekly well-being walks in Charnwood
More Information (Fosse 107 is not responsible for external websites)
The walk and talk project are a new to Charnwood walking club.
We aim ourselves around mental health and well-being.
We are free to attend and are a non profit organisation.
We are bringing together likeminded people who may be suffering with their mental health or lonely or even people who would like to get a little fitter.
We host men only walks on Monday nights and ladies only walks on Tuesday nights.
Both meet outside sports direct in the rushes shopping centre Loughborough.
We walk for about 3 miles at a very gentle pace, which takes about an hour.
Starts and ends at the same location.
As from Tuesday 11th July and every Tuesday after we will be hosting ladies only walks in Shepshed to, these will meet outside the church on Kirkhill at 7pm.
And also coming soon to Shepshed a men’s only walk on Monday nights same time and location.
We know life can get difficult so we offer a small respite away from day to day life where you can meet new people and have a chat about anything.
We are breaking down the stigma of poor mental health one walk at a time
The event runs from 19:00 to 20:15 on the following dates.
