The local attraction updated people about ticket prices and changes to car parking.
Twycross Zoo has announced updates to its ticket pricing.
The zoo has said following feedback they are 'introducing new and improved ticket options that offer more flexibility, greater perks and better value for you and your family.'
They have introduced a new Annual Pass Plus and new Conservation Membership.
Part of the announcement was that they are freezing 2024 prices for 2025 and so the general admission ticket will stay the same.
A change however is that they will be implementing a charge in their car park.
Twycross Zoo said: Over the next two years, as a charity, we need to spend £1.5 - 2 million on essential infrastructure improvements to our car parks. This work is vital and unavoidable to ensure we maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for our visitors.
"Therefore, from 15 February 2025, we will be introducing a small charge of £3 per vehicle in our car parks. This is a decision we have not taken lightly, but we truly hope you understand."
Please note: Existing Annual Ticket holders will not be required to pay for parking costs until 5 April 2025, but will be required to reserve these spaces for free, ahead of their visit, when they pre-book online, to avoid charge.
