Help for people with chronic conditions.
The healthcare professionals at the Centre Surgery in Hinckley are holding two community events this summer to help people with long-term conditions like Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and Fibromyalgia.
The events are taking place on
Wednesday, 11th June – Mencap Centre, Hinckley
Wednesday, 30th July – Living Rock Church, Stoney Stanton
Social Prescribers within Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance, covering 12 GP surgeries want to connect patients with health professionals such as nurses, pharmacists, physios and charities which support symptoms such as breathlessness, fatigue, pain to help them manage their conditions.
