Discover the benefits of gentle exercise through dancing simple steps to music from around the world.
We dance traditional village dances and more recent choreographies in a circle or spiral. Each dance is taught from scratch with plenty of repetition in a supportive environment.
Everyone is equal in the circle. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
Cost per session £5. Beginners welcome!
