'That's all folks': Liam Gallagher comments on Oasis 2027 tour tickets selling out

Tickets for Oasis' upcoming 2027 tour have sold out, with Liam Gallagher posting on social media to say "that's all folks".

Every ticket for the band's 42 live shows across Scotland, England, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the US and Ireland has sold.

It comes weeks after the Britpop band, fronted by Liam and Noel Gallagher, announced their Oasis Live '27 concerts following the success of their Oasis Live '25 reunion tour.

The band added four extra dates, including two at Knebworth on 25 and 26 September, where they played two legendary shows in August 1996.

Liam wrote on X: "That's all folks we have officially sold out no more tickets left congratulations to everyone who got a ticket and to the people who didn't sneak in f*** it yolo."

The band said in a separate post: "Tickets for Oasis Live '27 have now sold out. See you in 2027!"

Ticket sales took place from Friday until Sunday in the UK - with three selling windows each day.

Fans had to pre-register before being randomly selected to receive a unique non-transferable code to access an allocated on-sale window.

The structure was created to reduce waiting times for the anticipated high demand.

Some fans who tried to buy tickets for the Oasis Live '25 shows in 2024 encountered problems - including varying pricing and scalping, with some tickets listed on resale sites for more than £1,000.

A Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigation was launched last year into the way Ticketmaster tickets were sold.

The probe found Ticketmaster did not tell fans waiting in lengthy queues that standing tickets were being sold at two different prices, and that prices would increase as soon as the cheaper tickets sold out.

The CMA said Ticketmaster must now tell fans 24 hours in advance if a tiered pricing system is in place, as it was for Oasis standing tickets.

Following the investigation, Ticketmaster said: "We welcome the CMA's confirmation that there was no dynamic pricing, no unfair practices and that we did not breach consumer law.

"To further improve the customer experience, we've voluntarily committed to clearer communication about ticket prices in queues."

Fans are reminded to stay vigilant and avoid scams selling tickets on social media or on secondary websites, which are also liable to be cancelled.

Resale tickets will only be available via Ticketmaster and Twickets, at the price originally paid, closer to the tour dates.

Standard ticket prices were fixed, ranging from £71.50 to £266.60.
