A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Twycross on Saturday.
The collision happened shortly after midday on 16th May on the A444 Church Street.
A blue tractor towing an orange trailer and a black Suzuki GSXR motorcycle were involved.
The motorcyclist, a man in his fifties, was pronounced dead at the scene. The tractor driver wasn’t injured.
Detective Constable John Borlase, from the force’s Serious Collision Investigation unit, said: “The tractor and the motorcyclist, who was travelling with two other riders, were all travelling towards Twycross at the time of the collision.
“I would like to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or saw the motorcyclist or tractor beforehand to get on touch.
“Alternatively anyone who have dashcam footage relating to the collision, is asked to make contact with the police.”
The road was closed for 10 hours and re-opened shortly after 10pm.
