Firefighters say drivers are ignoring the warning signs.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue have been called to Watery Gate Lane to reports of vehicle submerged in the ford.
The rescue service posted an image on social media, saying "Another day another trip to Watery Gate Lane, if you can't tell how deep the water is DON'T risk it."
It comes after a number of call-outs the same location over recent weeks at the flood spot where the road crosses Thurlaston Brook, near Earl Shilton.
