A motorcyclist has died after a crash in Hinckley.
The collision was reported to police at 3.31pm on the A447 Ashby Road on Friday 30th June, close to the entrance with Hinckley and Bosworth Hospital, Leicestershire Police said.
"It involved a grey Honda CR-V and a white Triumph Speed Triple motorbike, which were both travelling towards Hinckley.
Emergency services attended, but the motorcyclist – a man in his 30s – was pronounced dead at the scene."
The driver of Honda was uninjured. No-one has been arrested.
Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage who was driving in the area at the time to come forward to help the investigation.
Detective Constable Hal Kinsey said: “While the investigation is in its early stages, I’m particularly keen to hear from any motorists with dashcams in their vehicle or anyone who saw either the car or motorcycle prior to the collision.
“I would also like to speak to anyone who saw the collision occur and any details or footage you’re able to provide could help my investigation.”
