A one-off dedicated ‘birthday celebration’ will take place on Saturday 25 May at Hollycroft Park.
Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council is celebrating its milestone 50-year anniversary this year.
To celebrate the council is hosting a series of special events, including a music festival.
The one-off dedicated ‘birthday celebration’ will take place on Saturday 25 May at Hollycroft Park, 12 noon until 8pm.
The event will feature music, food and fun for the whole family. Current music bookings include Treacle Town, Velvet Thunder Steven Faulkner, plus music from Dorothy Goodman, Grays Drama Academy and NWSLC.
The council want to hear from people who are also celebrating a special 50th anniversary this year. Whether your business launched in 1974, you were born in the borough or got married in May 1974.
