When the fire crews arrived there was heavy smoke and fire damage to The Crescent.
Leicestershire Police were called to the scene at The Crescent at 3:30 am on Thursday morning (20th January) after it was reported an electric child's ride-on toy had been set alight.
The photo booth was also damaged.
Police enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to get in touch with the police.
