The park is sharing tips to protect the young fawns.

It's calving season at Bradgate Park and the rangers are urging visitors to help them protect the young fawns. 

They are asking people to keep their distance and not touch the animals as human scent can deter the mother from returning or cause her to abandon her young.

Dog walkers are also asked to make sure their pets are on a lead in areas where deer are known to roam.
