The updated exhibition, celebrating the centenary of local comic legend Larry Grayson, is on for a limited period this spring.
An exhibition about Larry Grayson, “Wiv Luv Larry” will return to Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery from Saturday, 30 March until Saturday, 2 June 2024.
Visitors can learn about his life in his own words. The exhibition features the letters he wrote to superfan Pauline and numerous images and ephemera collected by Margaret Kane.
The exhibition will also feature his big red book from This is Your Life and many rarely seen private photographs on loan from his nephew Mike Malyon.
The display includes a Dress Up Larry, bow tie interactive and colouring sheets which celebrate Larry’s always dapper appearance.
Councillor Sue Markham, Portfolio Holder for Public Services said: “If you missed this exhibition the first time round, this is now an exciting opportunity to come and view it.
“It is fascinating reading Larry’s letters to one of his biggest fans and gaining that personal insight into his life.”
