Loads of walk in vaccine spots available in Loughborough today

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is urging people to come to the sessions.

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust has told Fosse 107 that there are 'plenty of appointments available for COVID-19 vaccinations at Loughborough Hospital'.

Walk-in appointments are available all day up until 6 pm for anyone aged 12 plus who needs a first, second or booster vaccination.

A statement from Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, said: "A booster dose of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine helps improve the protection you have from your first 2 doses of the vaccine and gives you longer-term protection against getting seriously ill from COVID-19."

The vaccine on offer is Pfizer.
