Another man has been released on bail.
A man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following a stabbing at an address in Stoke Golding.
The police statement said: "Benjamin Houghton, 23, was arrested after officers were called Ryelands Crescent on Thursday night (17 February).
"Houghton, of Winchester Drive in Burbage, appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (19 February).
A 29-year-old man from Burbage was also arrested in connection with the incident. He has since been released on bail."
