A 61-year-old man who was reported missing has been found.
An appeal to locate Andrew Newton was issued earlier today (Wednesday 2 July) and he has since been found safe and well in Earl Shilton.
Police are appealing for help to find a 61-year-old man who has been reported missing.
Andrew Newton was last seen in the Gwendolen Road area of Evington on Monday (30 June) afternoon but is believed to have travelled to Earl Shilton.
He has never been reported missing before and both his family and police are concerned for his welfare.
Leicestershire Police, said: "Andrew is 6ft 2ins tall and of a slim build. He has grey, shaven hair and possibly some facial stubble. He may be wearing a red Ellesse top, either shorts or jeans and grey Adidas Gazelle trainers."
He is not believed to be wearing the glasses pictured below.
Anyone who has seen Andrew or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting incident 328 of 1 June.
