A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder following events leading to the death of a 25-year-old man in Nuneaton.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear in Warwick Crown Court on 14 June.
On the 8th of June at just before 9:30 pm, a man suffered a stab wound on Queens Road in Nuneaton and died shortly afterwards.
Warwickshire Police, said: "With the use of CCTV footage and other enquiries, four boys allegedly present during the incident were identified and arrested on suspicion of murder.
"The boy allegedly responsible for the stab wound was singled out within 72 hours of the initial report.
"Of the four arrests, one (a 15-year-old boy) has been released without further action, and the other two (a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy) have been released on bail.
"In addition to the previous four arrests, another 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder on 11 June."
