A developer has submitted their proposed plans for what new houses in Hinckley could look like.
Planning permission was granted for the site by the Planning Inspectorate after the borough council rejected the application.
The development will be on land east of Stoke Road and north of Normandy Way (A47).
Documents from the developer show they intend to build 475 homes, which will be a mixture of flats, bungalows and houses with one - five bedrooms.
The borough council website does not yet say when a meeting to discuss the proposal will take place.
