Leicestershire police say they were called to the single car collision in Desford Lane, Kirby Muxloe on Monday 14th September at 6.10am.
A spokesperson from the force said: "The vehicle had left the road and come to rest in a ditch.
"One person was taken to hospital. His injuries were not believed to be serious.
"A 21-year-old man was initially arrested on suspicion of drink driving but following further enquiries he was de-arrested."
