Feast Hinckley, the town's annual food and drink festival in Argent's Mead has seen its largest ever crowd.

The festival ran on Saturday and Sunday (1 – 2 August), with 50 vendors offering attendees a range of national and international cuisine.

To accompany the culinary delights, visitors enjoyed performances from Dean Thomas, Richie Phillips, Ukulele BoxVox and the Mayor’s Charity Performance.

There was also a 120-foot giant inflatable assault course, a sandpit for the younger children and other activities for everyone to enjoy across the Mead.

Fosse 107 provided the soundtrack to the weekend.

Cllr Mark Boals said:

We were delighted to have Feast Hinckley return for its most successful year yet. It is always an enjoyable weekend and 2026 was no different.Thousands of visitors were treated to great food and drink options from around the world. It was a fantastic weekend, and the weather was perfect with great music and family entertainment alongside the fantastic food. We are already looking forward to next year’s event.”
