Enquiries into the incident are continuing and an investigation is underway.
Shortly before 11am on the 4th of September, a police officer requested that a car stop in the area of Epinal Way.
The driver of the car didn't stop and collided with another vehicle on Epinal Way.
Three people – in the car that failed to stop – were reported to have been injured and were taken to hospital.
One has since been discharged and the other two remain in hospital.
A fourth person – in the car it collided with – was taken to hospital as a precaution and has since been discharged.
Leicestershire Police said: "Three people aged 45, 42 and 21 were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. The 21-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The 42-year-old has since been released on bail and the other two remain under arrest.
"Enquiries into the incident are continuing and an investigation is underway."
