Two men and a boy have been charged following a robbery in Nuneaton and a police chase in South Warwickshire and Coventry.
Investigations were led by Warwickshire Police into the incident, which started in the early hours of Tuesday (29 January) morning when a 17-year-old boy was robbed and attacked in Queen's Road, Nuneaton.
The suspects were arrested a short time later in Allsley following a police pursuit.
Two men and a boy have now been charged following the incident.
They were also charged in connection with an attempted robbery in Coventry Street, Nuneaton, earlier in the night.
Connor Hartnett, 18, of Alcester Road, Studley, was charged with robbery, driving while disqualified, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and attempted robbery.
A 17-year-old boy from Solihull was charged with robbery, attempted robbery and possession of cannabis.
Callum Jordan Askew, 18, of Hobs Meadow, Solihull, was charged with robbery and attempted robbery.
All three were remanded to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday 30 January).
