On Friday evening, police were called to Middlemarch Road after receiving reports of three men fighting.
A 23-year-old man from Nuneaton was arrested on suspicion of possession of a knife and a public order offence.
A 15-year-old boy from Nuneaton was also arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence.
Both have been released under investigation and police continue their enquiries.
In a Facebook post Nuneaton and Bedworth police said,
"Anyone witnesses or anyone with information can call 101 quoting incident 255 of 5 March 2021. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
