People in Hinckley are being asked to sign up to become Covid-19 vaccine marshals.
It comes as the Council and NHS prepare to launch a plan to vaccinate people in the area in conjunction with GPs surgeries.
It's thought the programme will involve using the Leisure Centre as a hug for vaccinations to take place.
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council are urging local people to sign up to become volunteer Covid Marshals.
The council said: "Volunteers marshals are essential for ensuring the smooth arrival onsite of people coming in for vaccinations. You will ensure the efficient flow of people to clinical assessment, vaccination and exit while respecting social distancing.
You’ll also identify people who require additional support." Volunteers will need to be able to commit to two four hour shifts at the vaccination centre each month. You can sign up
