An urgent appeal has been made to people in Leicestershire to foster a 3 year old.

Leicestershire County Council have described him as little boy with a big, beautiful smile and complex needs.

The right fostering family will need to have some relevant experience or a background of supporting young people with significant disabilities and/or complex needs.
