Edwards Sales and Lettings, formerly Moving Made Cheaper, opened in 2011 and has gone from strength to strength. Owner Clare Edwards told Fosse 107 about her passion for property and how the market has reacted since the lockdown.

"Since 18th May when we’ve been able to operate fully in a ‘new normal’ way.

We have seen a hive of activity for both sales and lettings.

Lots of people have been eager to put their properties on the market and the prospective buyers and renters who are actively viewing properties seem more serious about moving, therefore the viewings are converting into offers and applications more quickly.

We are strictly following the government guidance regarding house viewings and valuations, ensuring that we can keep the property market moving and providing a full service to our customers, whilst maintaining the health and well-being of our staff and customers at all times.

Local businesses have supported each other incredibly well, and we in turn have been supported by Charnwood in Business and Fosse 107.
