Waste collections during Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic has meant that councils have had to change some of the services they offer. 

Here's a list of each of our local councils and the latest advice on domestic, recycling and garden waste collections and recycling centres. 

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council 

*Domestic waste is being collected as normal
*Garden waste is being collected once every 4 weeks. Advice here. 
*Bulky waste will resume in May 2020. More here.

Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council

*Domestic waste and recycling collections are running as normal. 
*Garden waste service is running as normal. 
*Bulky waste collection service is suspended. 

If residents are not signed up to the green bin service - Warwickshire County Council offer composter deals with delivery to your door, please visit www.warwickshire.gov.uk/composting for more information.

Charnwood Borough Council 

*Domestic waste and recycling collections are running as normal. 
*Garden waste is being collected once every 4 weeks. Advice here. 
*Bulky waste collection service is suspended. More here

North West Leicestershire District Council

*Domestic waste and recycling collections are running as normal. 
*Garden waste is being collected once every 4 weeks. Advice here. 
*Bulky waste collection service is suspended. 
*Cardboard collection service is suspended.
