Mendelssohn - Ruy Blas overture
Bruch - Scottish fantasy with our soloist Fennella Humphrey’s. This will be fabulous!
Dvorak - Symphony no. 5.
Although the Dvorak and Bruch are perhaps less well known than say, the Bruch Violin concerto or Dvorak Symphony 7,8,9...both are absolutely wonderful pieces in their own right. It promises to be a really enjoyable and rewarding evening for audience and orchestra alike.
