Organisers say they have struggled to reach people due to the pandemic.
Normally the Warwickshire College Group, who run the scheme, would have a presence in Job Centres where they can reach those looking for work or unsure of their future.
The free 12 week course aims to build confidence in 16-25 who are out of education or unemployed.
Yet the limitations to social contact brought on by Covid-19 have meant this is not feasible.
Michelle Keatman, Assistant Team Leader on the project, said, "We know there are young people out there who need our help, especially during the pandemic, but finding them always proves difficult. We used to be able to sit inside the job centre and speak to young people, but of course this is not an option at the moment."
They have teams based in Hinckley, Loughborough, Leicester and Coalville. The Hinckley team is due to start again on 12th July, along with one of their two Leicester teams.
The course gets people involved in fundraising, learning about employability skills such as interview techniques and CV writing, and even includes two weeks work experience.
They also hope to go on a residential to do team-building exercises, COVID restrictions permitting.
Michelle added, "It's a really amazing programme and we know it works. It allows people to build up their confidence so they can go out into the world and pursue their goals."
