Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash in Hinckley.
It happened on the A47 Normandy Way, from the Clickers Way roundabout to the Wykin Road roundabout on Saturday 13th June, shortly before 4pm.
Police say it involved a silver Volkswagen Golf and a grey BMW motorcycle.
It's reported the Golf left the scene of the collision. The motorcyclist, a man in his 30s, suffered minor injuries.
Police say a 24-year-old man from Hinckley was arrested on suspicion of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm. He has since been released under investigation.
Detective Constable Will Musson, the investigating officer, said: “We are keeping an open mind as to whether the car made deliberate contact with the motorcycle.
“Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and we would like anyone who has not yet spoken to police to come forward.
“I would like to speak to anyone who was driving along the A47 on Saturday afternoon and saw what happened, or saw either vehicle prior to the collision occurring. I am particularly keen to speak to anyone with a dashcam installed in their vehicle.
“Please cast your mind back. Any information you have could help with my investigation.”
