Police said all the arrests are currently being linked.
A number of 'significant' seizures of suspected cocaine were made on Friday (28th May).
Large amounts of cash was also recovered.
Some of the arrests happened on Abbey street and School Walk.
At around 5.30pm, officers arrested a 26-year-old man from the town on suspicion of possession of controlled drugs.
 
A 58-year-old man was subsequently arrested on Abbey Street on suspicion of possession with intent to supply. Further quantities of suspected cocaine were located on his arrest. 
 
A short time later, officers arrested a 25-year-old man in School Walk, after a significant amount of cash and cocaine were seized from a vehicle. He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
 
Later that evening, a 54-year-old woman and another 25-year-old man were arrested on suspicion with intent to supply, following a substantial seizure of drugs from a property.
