Chris Buckler has been giving back to the community for over 20 years.
For years he has been doing good deeds such as leaving bread outside for his neighbours or delivering doughnuts to the local ambulance & fire station.
When Aldi heard he had been popping chocolates on car windshields in the car park of the Hinckley store, they 'knew they had to say thank you to Chris, on behalf of everyone in Hinckley.'
To thank him for all his kindness the Aldi team filled his car with hundreds of pounds worth of presents while he was doing his weekly shop.
An Aldi spokesperson said, "but we’re not stopping there, we want everyone to be a little more Chris this Christmas and do their bit for the community – and that includes us. We’ll be helping Chris give gifts to customers up and down the country throughout December, helping to make Christmas Amazing for Everyone."
A video made by Aldi shows Chris's emotional reaction to the act of kindness.
