53-year old David Clarke of Ryde Avenue, Nuneaton will appear in court later.
A Nuneaton man has been charged in connection with an incident at a bowling alley in St. David's Way, Bermuda Park, Nuneaton yesterday (Sunday 22 October).
Police were called to the bowling alley at 2.30pm after it was reported a man had entered the building with a firearm.
David Clarke, aged 53, of Ryde Avenue, Nuneaton, has been charged with two counts of false imprisonment, one count of criminal damage, two counts of possession of a bladed article, one count of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and two counts of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Clarke has been remanded in custody to appear at court on Tuesday 24 October.
