Plans are in the works for a new bar, cafe and live music venue in the old Yorkshire Bank building on Market Place in Hinckley.
An application has been submitted to convert the existing bank building.
The agent Bukin Lett Architecture and Bailey English Studio aim to have a decision from Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council on Tuesday (16th August) and said they hope the space will become the heart of the community.
On the first floor of the building, there will be a new entertainment space with bar and kitchen facility.
Fosse 107 will update this when a decision has been made.
