Officers have also been visiting schools to discuss recent incidents of criminal activities.
The move comes as the Summer holidays approaches, with many schools breaking up this week.
According to a post on the force's Facebook page the letters outline what behaviour police, 'expect to see from young people during the holidays and going forward.'
Fights and incidents of vandalism have been reported in the town's parks in recent weeks and the council are investing more money into CCTV cameras.
Officers from the Hinckley Police team along with a colleague from the Endeavour Community Safety team at HBBC will continue to visit schools this week.
