Plans have been submitted for six new homes on the site of 34 Windsor Street in Burbage.

Since the closure, the building has been offered to let as a public house.
Plans have now been submitted for a residential development which would include demolishing part of the existing restaurant and changing he use to residential, as well as building an additional four homes in the existing car park and gardens.

The plans were submitted by an architect firm in Leamington Spa on behalf of a client.
Local residents have until 9th August to have their say on the plans before a decision is made later in the year.
