It appears to be from a building or roofing business.
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council have called for residents to help them find the culprits behind an enormous rubbish dump in Barton in the Beans.
It was first reported on Thursday (12th August) in Green Lane.
The Council said, "it consists of grey slate tiles and drainpipes - it is construction waste and is probably from a building or roofing type business."
They are asking for anyone who recognises the tiles in the pictures (below) or who have had their roof replaced, to get in touch.

A number of people commented on the Council's Facebook post to call the scene 'Disgusting'.
