The ATM was close to the main doors of the store.
An investigation is underway after an ATM was attacked in Hinckley on Sunday evening (08/12).
Officers were called to Morrisons store in Cloverfield around 11.20 pm after power tools were used to gain entry into the cash machine.
Leicestershire Police have said that enquiries are in their early stages.
