PC Amondeep Mandiar, who is a response officer based at Bedworth Police Station, is alleged to have assaulted a suspect while responding to an incident in Nuneaton Town Centre in December 2021.
PC Mandiar will appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court on 6 October and will also be subject to misconduct proceedings.
