Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Great Britain’s 2023 world heptathlon champion, is set to compete at this year’s Loughborough International Athletics (LIA) competition.

The reigning Commonwealth champion will compete in the 100m hurdles, shot put, and high jump.

The Loughborough International Athletics (LIA) competition. is taking place on Sunday 19 May at the University’s Paula Radcliffe Stadium.

Olympic finalist Emily Borthwick (high jump), reigning British and British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) javelin champions Bekah Walton and Ben East, GB 4x400m international Ben Higgins, and indoor BUCS 400m record holder, Emily Newnham will also be competing.

Doors for LIA open at 10 am with the first event starting at 10.50 am.
