A woman has been arrested after "elaborate" cannabis growing operation was uncovered.
Police say cannabis was found growing loft space of a property in Atherstone town centre.
Based on intelligence from the local community, Atherstone Police raided an address in Atherstone Town Centre where a Cannabis grow was found in the loft space. The female occupant of the property was arrested and dealt with for the offence.
Police said: "The occupant had erected an elaborate operation where the plants were allowed to grow. A number of mature cannabis plants were seized together with the equipment that had been installed."
Officers are urging all residents with concerns to contact them.
