Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash on the M69 near Ansty, which happened on 9th February.
Officers said a grey Hyundai I800 hit the central reservation between Junctions 2 and 1 northbound.
The driver, a man in his 60s, sadly died at the scene.
Police. are asking anyone who witnessed the collision to report it online, quoting Log 41 of 9th February.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said crews were called to the scene and the man died following "a medical emergency".
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and a critical care car responded to a vehicle which had been involved in a collision on the M69 nearby to the M6 junction 1 shortly before 6am.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “On arrival crews discovered the driver of the vehicle who is believed to have suffered a medical incident at the wheel in a critical condition. Crews immediately began administering advanced life support to him at the scene.
“Despite the best efforts of ambulance staff, it became clear that nothing more could be done to save him he was confirmed deceased at the scene.”
