Fire crews from Loughborough, Birstall, East Leake and Shepshed were called to a flat in Queens Road this morning.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue received several reports of a flat fire at 09:18.
The crews confirmed that there was a fire and made a call for breathing apparatus.
At 09:50 the team updated that all persons are accounted for and there are no casualties.
The fire has been successfully extinguished and Cadent Gas and British Red Cross Emergency Response are now at the scene.
