Aryan is described as Asian, 5ft 5ins tall, of a slim build with collar-length black hair.
The 20-year-old was last seen on CCTV on Meadow Lane, on the outskirts of Loughborough, at 12.30 am on Saturday 22 November – almost three weeks ago.
He was walking towards the Stanford on the Soar area, having been in the town centre a few hours earlier.
Extensive enquiries have been carried out to establish Aryan’s movements that night, but the police are still keen to hear from any motorists or pedestrians who may have seen him walking along Meadow Lane, Stanford Lane or the surrounding area between 12.15 am and 2 am on Saturday morning (22 November).
The investigation team are asking drivers to check their dashcam footage around this time.
Detective Inspector Jonathan Dickens said: “We know Ayran’s movements from the time he left his student accommodation in the Woodgate area of Loughborough at 9.20pm on Friday night until he was last seen at 12.30am on Meadow Lane, walking away from the town centre.
“Any additional witness sightings, dash camera footage and CCTV are really important to further our enquiries.
“Did you see a man matching Aryan’s description wearing a long black trench coat walking along the road in the early hours? Did you see or capture anything that could assist us in establishing exactly where he has gone next?”
Extensive police resources have been deployed to support the missing person investigation – including trained search officers, the force drone, police dogs, police divers, the National Police Air Service (NPAS) and the specialist volunteers from Leicestershire Search and Rescue (SAR).
Alongside the search, officers and detectives have been reviewing hours of CCTV footage, reviewing phone data and gathering vital information from witnesses who have already come forward.
Aryan is described as Asian, 5ft 5ins tall, of a slim build with collar length black hair. He was last seen wearing a black trench coat, shorts and black trainers with a white trim.
Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Leicestershire police on 101, quoting incident 208 of 23 November.
