Police have charged 19 year old Jack Andrew Bennett of Mount Street, Nuneaton following two car key burglaries that occurred in Nuneaton overnight between Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 May 2018.
Jack Bennett was arrested on 24 May on suspicion of burglary and following questioning was charged later the same day with two burglary dwellings, one that is believed to have occurred in Bottrill Street, Nuneaton on 24 May, and one that is believed to have occurred in Kenilworth Drive, Nuneaton between 23 May and 24 May.
He was also charged with a number of motor offences including Taking a motor vehicle without the owners consent, two counts of Using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance, two counts of Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and Aggravated vehicle taking and property damage £5000 or over.
He has been released on conditional police bail which includes an overnight curfew to appear at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on 7 June 2018.
