Walking events, singing cafes and exercise sessions are being held across Charnwood as part of a national campaign to improve mental health.
The Charnwood Mental Health Network, which is made up of organisations from across Charnwood including the borough council, is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week to encourage people to take time out of their daily routines to relax and help improve their wellbeing.
Activities will take place from Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 17 and most are free to attend. Some sessions have a small cost which start at £1.
Sessions will be held in Loughborough, Shepshed, Quorn, Mountsorrel and Barrow.
A full timetable of events can be found by visiting https://www.charnwood.gov.uk/mentalhealthweek or calling 01509 634764.
