An investigation is underway after a man is reported to have sexually assaulted a woman between 5pm and 6pm on Nuneaton’s St Nicolas Park Drive yesterday.
The attack occurred by the wall, near to where the road meets Rydall Avenue.
The suspect is described as a white man, around 5 feet 7 inches tall, medium build, wearing a balaclava, a black tracksuit and a black man bag.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Police, said: "While we don’t think this assault is linked to the ones that happened in Ansley and Arley recently, we are keeping an open mind and will continue to review this.
"We have been conducting house-to-house enquiries, speaking with potential witnesses, combing CCTV and working to support the victim.
"Neighbourhood officers are in the area, please come and speak with them if you have concerns.
"Did you see anything suspicious or do you have ring doorbell or dash cam footage? Please call 101 giving incident number 435 of 28 October."
