A man has been stabbed in Loughborough this afternoon (Tuesday 5 March).
Police say they were called at 1.10pm to reports that a man had been found in Freehold Street, Loughborough.
The 38-year-old is being treated at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. Police say his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police officers remain at the scene and they are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
