There will be a chance to get advice about paying bills.
Severn Trent is hosting drop-in sessions this week to help residents make their homes more water efficient and save money.
The water company will also be able to provide information on the financial support that customers can access if they’re struggling to pay their bills.
Severn Trent has created a £30 million support fund to support an extra 100,000 customers who are struggling to pay their water bill as the cost of living continues to rise.
Sophie Evans-Young, Water Efficiency Manager at Severn Trent said: “We’re committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and operate. At a time when people are facing cost of living pressures, sharing advice on how to make homes more water efficient will help reduce water and energy bills.
“We would encourage anyone who is curious to pop by and find out more about how they could save energy and water to come and visit us at one of our locations during the week.”
The sessions will be held between 10 am and 4 pm from Tuesday 20th to Friday 23rd September at the Space Centre, Exploration Drive, Leicester, LE4 5NS.
